Your training options: Choose from a 60 minute session or my signature 30 Minute Express Workout.
1. In-home Personal Training: Enjoy training in the comfort and convenience of your home or gym located in your building. If you are looking to save a little money, discounts are offered to train at my home.
2.Train at our Brooklyn studio: Train in our beautiful, easy to get to shared studio located at 310 Atlantic Avenue (b/t Hoyt and Smith Streets).
3. Outdoors: If you love the great outdoors this is a great option. Training sessions take place in Ft. Greene Park (Brooklyn), Central Park (Manhattan), or a park nearby you.
4. On-line: This is great option if you are an avid traveller, looking to supplement your current workout program, on a budget, or if you're located outside our target area. For more details check out our On-line Personal Training page.

1. Call or email us for a consultation.
2. At your consultation we will discuss your needs, wants and goals. We will also spend some time getting to know you better to make sure we are a good fit.
