How it works:

The American College of Sports Medicine states that all you need is 30 minutes of vigorous exercise, three time a week to fight off chronic diseases, get fit and lose weight.

The key to success of our 30 Minute Minute Express Workout is constant movement and fun. Before you know it, the session is over and you feel amazing! Sessions take place at our studio or my in-home studio (located in Ft. Green, Brooklyn).
