1. How can I see the fastest results?

You will see the fastest results with the 3 or 4 x a week program. The formula is simple. Stick with the plan we lay out for you and you will see fast results. Attend Boot Camp classes each week, follow the nutritional guidance provided to you and get enough rest at night.

2. What happens after the 4 weeks are over?

First you may need to buy new clothes because your current clothes may become too big for you. After you have completed the program you have the option to continue in the program. We will create a new set of goals for you to work towards. You may also transition into our Fit 4 Life Boot Camp program. Our participants average about 6-8 months in the program.

3. What if I am unable to attend all of the Boot Camp classes each week?

The program is set up to be flexible allowing you to alternate between morning and evening classes.

4. I have not exercised in a long time and worried I won't be able to keep up with the classes?

Classes are designed for all fitness levels. There are variations to every exercise which allows you to progress at your own speed. You will only be competing against yourself, not others.

5. What kind of changes can I expect to see?

All of our bodies are created differently so results will vary from person to person. Weight loss results may ranges from 8-16 pounds. Loss of inches in the hips, waist, arms and thighs may be as high as a total of 12 inches. The more often you take the classes the faster you will see results.
