How does it work?:
1. After an initial consultation and fitness assessment, a personalized fitness program will be created to meet your needs and wants. Your program will come complete with images of the exercises, details on how to perform them, the length of time of each session, intensity level, and the number of repetitions.
2. At the end every week I will check in with you via email to see if you reached your weekly workout goals. Every month you will receive an updated version of your fitness program.
3. You may email me at anytime with any questions you have about your program.
What kind of results can I expect to see?
Typically clients will see visible results in less than 4 weeks. Results will depend on how much time and effort you put into your workouts.
